What I love most in my profession is being one-on-one with you and creating and maintaining a look to suit what you want for yourself. When you leave our appointment feeling better than when you entered, I know I have I have achieved the kind of success that enriches lives.

My grandmother was a hair stylist and owned three salons in San Francisco. I grew up learning that good hair dressing is therapeutic and fun!

After graduating from West Gate cosmetology school, I moved to the Coastside. I worked in El Granada and Half Moon Bay and decided to open my own salon. And so, Main Street Hair Design was born in 1983! We've been turning heads for many years and have enjoyed making clients happy with their hair through many styles.

Since the beginning, I have chosen to create the environment that I enjoy most--professional, confident, calming and gives a sense of place. I welcome the challenge of understanding the language of another person. I love that I have learned to listen deeply to my clients and I know I can give them what they want.

I am a licensed cosmetologist and have always been committed to and participated in advanced education and training for my wonderful career.
